Session Length

Sessions are 50-60 minutes in length

Session Structure

The program design is tailored heavily towards each client’s wants, needs and ability level. While I prefer to use specific exercises with each client, there will be a lot of crossover.

After an initial assessment, The structure of your sessions consists of the following:

  • Dynamic mobility/ Warm up stretches

  • Movement preparation based on that day’s exercise selection

  • Resistance training- usually full body workouts unless specifically programmed otherwise for you

  • Conditioning/ Favourites finisher

  • Sweaty high five, thanks for coming and enjoy your day

* The session structure may vary depending on each client’s specific goals, but the outline above is to help you visualise how most sessions will operate. The order is very deliberate.

Nutrition + Lifestyle Coaching

Nutrition and lifestyle coaching contribute heavily to achieving the results you want. I recommend booking separate time outside sessions to cover these in more detail.
